ResilientCE’s Kristen Berger, P.E. has completed the American Water Works Association (AWWA) Utility Risk and Resilience Certificate Program. Public water suppliers (PWS) are required to complete Risk and Resiliency Assessments and Emergency Response Plan Updates in accordance with the America Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA). Working with an individual who has completed the AWWA certificate program provides added value to the PWS in development of the risk and resiliency assessments.
