Resilient Civil Engineering, P.C. (ResilientCE) is pleased to announce our certification as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). ResilientCE received WBE designation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) of the Operational Services Division (OSD). ResilientCE received DBE federal designation through the Massachusetts Unified Certification Program (MassUCP) an office of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT). These certifications can be used to help meet disadvantage business enterprise goals for projects receiving local, state and/or federal funds such as those required for the State Revolving Fund (SRF) program managed by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) and the Clean Water Trust.
